(This Was Recorded Last Week) In the latest twist surrounding the mushroom lunch tragedy, concerns for accused killer Erin Patterson's safety emerge as she is moved into isolation.  The 49-year-old mother from Leongatha, Victoria, facing three counts of murder and five of attempted murder, has reportedly been relocated to a protected unit away from other inmates due to the perceived risk to her well-being.  Sources reveal that her alleged crimes have made her a high-profile target within the prison walls.
