Had to laugh at the episode about being too sore from a workout at the gym! As a trainer, I know all too well what a lot of trainers do in the gym which is to push the client so hard that they feel so sore they can hardly move the next day! I don't think it's safe so I am glad you are sharing some of those dangers Jim with others who might start off at full speed on workout #1 in the gym.
