Rachel graduated from the Northern Arizona Massage Therapy Institute, specializing in Traditional Thai massage, Shiatsu, and Reflexology. In addition, she received her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the ashram of the 7 Centers Yoga School in Sedona, AZ.
