A Must Follow Podcast
I first heard Evan on “Fundamental Health” Podcast. I was like - ‘wow, this guy really connects well with people; like, who wouldn’t want to know Evan, like as friend’. I do not know him at all, for the record. So I started tuning in to his shows – mostly ones that pertained to my wife’s heartbreaking, horrifying stack of diseases (and 1 of mine) and found answers. So I keep coming back for more. His knowledge base is insanely broad. He can blast through a topic and cover the gamete like no one in this space. Evan is intrepid. He’s like an explorer. He doesn’t camp out in ANY ideology. He canoes upstream in search for root cause. This is what Western Medicine is missing. He’s all about learning, listening, testing and then imparting science-based, clinical research-backed advice (or protocols) to people so they can solve their health crises. We live in an increasingly toxic world. For me this podcast is about empowering me to get healthy, strong and resilient so I can impart at least some of what I’ve learned to the folks in my life that I care about.

I subscribe to several paleo and health podcasts. This has to be my favorite! Very interesting topics and the audio is clear. That is so important to me! There is room for improvement. I would prefer a set time 50 mins., 30 mins. - whatever instead of a different time for each interview. I also...Read full review »
