Sometimes very old school way of thinking
Helpful... but a bit sexist and body shame-y. The episode when he talks to the woman who lost a lot of weight... he talks to her so offensively. He recommends losing weight a lot... I think maybe he should suggest healthy habits instead. Telling women to be “good looking” ect is so 80’s. It feels very shallow. He needs to educate himself on the correct way to suggest to women to take good care of themselves to boost their confidence after a breakup. His words are super offensive and dated at times.

Chris, I'm a hopeless romantic and I was devastated by my breakup but listening to your podcasts helped guide me through the healing process. I believe I will find myself again, if things do work out with my ex again, great if not still great.Read full review »

Great to see free, good advice that goes with a great website. This guy talks lots of sense I've seen this work, my best friend did all this years ago and got married. I just wish I'd paid more attention. The podcast is great I can't wait for more episodes.Read full review »
