If it hasn't been clear from Israel's killing of children at historic rates, using starvation as a weapon of war, and its history of murdering children with impunity -- it's even more official now. The UN has announced that this month it is adding Israel to its blacklist of parties who commit grave violations affecting children in situations of armed conflict.
