Not one of those crap podcasts!
If you have or know someone close to you with ADD or ADHD, this podcast shines a light on exactly what it’s all about. It’s not a disability, but you can read or hear about that anywhere. Peter is the best I’ve come across at explaining what it is really is - I couldn’t put it in words, but Peter does it really well and he’s honest. There’s no being ‘normal’ for us - we are wired differently and we need to come to terms with that if we are to achieve our potential. Peter doesn’t just point out the ‘silver lining’, he directly gets to the guts of what it’s all about. I could write 10,000 words on this.... let’s just say I like the podcast a lot!!

Love that the episode is only 30 min. Really gets to the meat of it quick. Also noticed he edits out all the pauses which makes me feel excited. Love it!

This podcast has quickly become my favorite. The tips are amazing for everyone - ADD or not. If you struggle with focus and organization, you simply must subscribe. Besides, Peter is such a rockstar, you’ll enjoy listening to these for as long as they run them!

The more I listen to the interesting, successful interview subjects discuss their methods for coping as adults with ADHD, the more I wonder if I am undiagnosed ADD myself - or if we all can use these types of advice in today's world. Perhaps both. Either way, it's helpful.Read full review »
