I’ve done something unexpected but with BIG impact. It’s led to so much creativity and energy that I want to take you on the journey and maybe inspire you too. Over the last three weeks I’ve gone monk mode but I’ve done it differently. Usually this means sitting with your thoughts and self-isolating but I wanted to add adventure. So I took a trip to be alone, to think, to revisit projects and to replenish. In this episode I’m sharing how transformative this time can be for your outlook and emotional and mental health.
