Captivating, Unforgettable
Oh wow - I have just finished Episode 1 and I’m completely drawn in. It’s horrifying to have the terror slowly unfold, and to observe - powerlessly - as Ruby is drawn into the web of deceit. You just know this young girl, longing for a break, will instead be the one that’s broken. Cadence’s production is amazing … you’re not just receiving information, it’s like you’re right there as it all unfolds. Can’t stop listening to this…

This podcast is a really insightful, challenging, hard, and also hopeful story. This stuff is happening in our world and we should not and cannot look the other way. We need to engage in stopping it. Listening to this podcast gives you insight you need in order to do something about this.

Although there were things that were hard to hear, this important podcast was SO well done and I kept looking forward to the next time I could carve out some time to hear what happened next! Highly recommend for anyone who cares about the all-important topic of OSEC.

OSEC - Online Sexual Exploitation of Children - this story has opened my eyes to this tragic, modern crime. Espisode 3’s explanation of the average perpetrator was both chilling and heartbreaking. Looking forward to hearing about Ruby’s liberation in future episodes.
