Ridiculous conversation. The readings of the classroom scene are entirely too sensitive to the panelists’ political biases. One commentator actually complained it’s a problem he couldn’t identify the filmmaker’s opinion on the protagonist, as if ambivalence is automatically problematic and to be avoided. Great example of why film culture today is as irrelevant as it’s ever been.

I look forward to FC podcast more than any other. I hope people know how much fun it is. Topics, guests and where the conversations go are always unpredictable. Violet Lucca is perfection as host. For those who haven't checked it out yet -- FC podcast is a special one.Read full review »

I listen to this when I’m unwinding or on a commute and it’s always such a good experience! Highly recommend it to everyone out there

One of the better podcasts covering high brow cinema. If I had one nit, it’s that I wish that when the hosts talked about films that are more obscure, is if they mentioned how best to see the film.
