Each interview is a unique new discussion of current events and in depth story telling of how each profound interviewee grew through their experiences to get to the position they are in. Being a recent graduate from college and start up entrepreneur, I found AJ and Amanda Porters discussion in performance management enlightening and really gave me a sense of how much work needs to be put in to get into a position of that standard.
