Miami Dolphins Tales From The Deep A two-sport star at the University of Indiana, Pete Stoyanovich reached a level of success and popularity with the Miami Dolphins rarely achieved by an NFL placekicker. The team’s 8th round selection in the 1989 draft played in 110 of the team’s 112 games during his seven seasons as a Dolphin and built a reputation for making big kicks in big moments, while earning First-team All-Pro honors in 1992 after leading the league in scoring. Stoyanovich, who ranks third in Dolphins history in scoring, dives in The Fish Tank to discuss memorable moments like his game winning kick in Dallas on Thanksgiving Day, his love for South Florida, and his unique role in the box office hit Ace Ventura, Pet Detective.
