Reshad Jones: I Put In The Work
Listen now
Description
Miami Dolphins Tales From The Deep When current Miami Dolphins GM Chris Grier visited Georgia safety Reshad Jones prior to the 2010 NFL Draft, he saw great potential. It’s hard to imagine, however, that anyone in Miami predicted the player they would take in the fifth round that year would go on to play 10 seasons and become one of the most prolific defensive playmakers in team history, but that is exactly what the Atlanta native did. In this episode, Jones reflects upon his decade of dominance, his drive to outperform his draft position, and advice from the late Tony Sparano that may have saved his career before it even began. Contributors to this episode include Sean “DJ Prec” Todd and Dolphins Productions. Theme song created and performed by The Honorable SoLo D.
