Bev Sanders founded Las Olas Surfing for Women (the first women’s surfing retreat) on 1997 at the age of 44 years-old--the same year she learned to surf. For Bev, a former Marketing Director of a successful snowboarding company that she co-founded, after finding her balance on the waves she wanted to offer the experience to help “make girls out of women.”
