I knew I was doing something (ok, a lot of things) for him each week, but what abut me? This podcast offers space for every mom to relate; I’m a mom of three, 8 and under, age 41. I’ve already began to track what I’m eating and I’m also drinking more water…stuff I used to do, but…the kids…and the full time job…right!? Well, this podcast will have you tossing your excuses out the window! Most of her advice comes with the reminder of prayer/God first-then follows up with research-back methods for treating our bodies as the temples we were gifted with. Really great delivery of info on balanced/ healthy eating and exercise for that isn’t a fad plan sprinkled with faith first.”
