“I have been looking for something like this for at least 5 years. I love Tone It Up and working out but have NOT been able to find a podcast with a healthy mindset and fantastic fitness advice. I love that she talks about HIIT, specific weight & exercise guidelines, and nutrition. I can listen while I meal prep or walk.
I also like that it’s totally clean so I don’t have to worry about what my kids will hear when they walk in the room.
Brittney, you should look into a guest podcast on some other mom podcasts to get your name out more. I’m glad I found you!”
