An amazing experience!
I’d heard Drew on many different podcast. When I heard you had a podcast of your own I went back and listened to everyone of them while at work. It took a few nights but I did it! Drew and Lyn your show TV and Podcast have opened my eyes again to fitness. I have a fitbit and average 20K steps a day, but I had to incorporate something else. Your show has added that something else. I’m now weight lifting in conjunction with my steps. I feel better then ever before! Thank you so much!!

Drew and Lynn have great back and forth banter that makes this podcast a MUST listen. I think the thing I like most is how much they go into things outside of the normal (eat healthy + workout = fit person). Thank you so much for the positive insights into life.

I'm so glad it is finally here. I still can't believe how quickly and how much weight Drew gained in six months. Weight loss is certainly more about overcoming that emotional attachment to food than knowing proper nutrition and exercises.Read full review »
