My favorite!
I subscribe to several cycling podcasts, but the FredCast is my favorite. The enhanced version is even better than the original because you can easily back up to a specific segment, and even see photos of what's being described. I'm not a tech geek, but I do love to ride my road bike. I'm primarily a recreational rider --a fair-weather bike commuter, and I ride about a half dozen charity rides and centuries a year. I always learn a good tip or two from each show, and it's a good way to stay on top of what's happening regarding cycling- whether it's American or European racing, product reviews, training tips, or upcoming cycling events.

I love fredcast, very entertaining and informative. As a new cyclist I feel I have learned quite a bit only criticism would be making it a little more rookie friendly. Again love the show, and love "the spokesmen" even more!!!
