I am honored to be the first to declare my affection for this awesome podcast...seriously, it is something that I look forward to every week. What is the Fredcast? Well, it is the "all you need to know" weekly source of biking info...a veritable "one stop shop" of cycling data. Pro cycling news, info from the cycling community around the U.S. and the world, opinion pieces, gear reports, interviews, stories about rides, etc. all delivered by David, the well spoken, well informed, and gracious host (and "labor of love" producer) of the Fredcast.
