However, something was missing. She realized that her clients wanted to learn more about how to be strategic in pivotal conversations. They wanted to understand more about their speaking partner, so Bee began looking for methods and reading everything she could about how we process information. Bee received her intercultural communication certification to add that dynamic to the understanding of our basic filters due to culture.
