Listen now
Description
Bob Lee returns to discuss American Aerospace’s acquisition of Drone assets from PAE/ISR. This acquisition delivered assets to offset supply chain issues during the Pandemic while allowing the company to restructure and meet customer needs without missing a beat. Bob also discusses the journey he went on to finance the transaction. Starting with exploring a quick equity raise or mezzanine financing.  His goal was to find a lender that had the best synergies as they integrate the acquisition into American Aerospace.  They focused on the growth plan and the verticals which could be served/benefited.  Bob decided that RiverRidge was the lender that made sense for American Aerospace.
