So much great information!
Erin thoroughly explains nutritional information and dives deep into reasons behind why your body might be responding to the foods we eat. This has really changed my views on eating certain foods and has encouraged me to view what I put into my body in a whole new light. Episodes such as the “Deep dive into Cholesterol” made so much sense to me and she was able to break it down in a way that I had never heard of. Always worth the listen!

I hope we do not become the hypochondriac that Erin appears to be. If you are easily triggered or susceptible to excess over analyzing of your bodily functions, this is not the podcast for you. I love this information packed podcast. I enjoy discarding food myths, and especially enjoy the lightness of just not freaking out about food. Life is short, keep listening to dance your way to bette gut health.
