Will is the Chief Innovation Officer for the Long Island railroad system in New York city, transporting and average of 301,000 customer each week. His team is responsible for all customer-facing information, including digital signage and the agency app. He has spearheaded efforts to collect new, realtime data, including GPS locations and realtime passenger counts from the entire fleet.
