Bio Originally from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Rob Chopra currently lives and invests in Ontario, Canada. He is a former high limit casino dealer, who has turned to electrical engineering technology and real estate investing. With an extensive background in various real estate strategies such as flipping, wholesaling, and long-term hold properties being his favourite strategy, Rob is primarily focused in the Niagara Region. His latest deals include single family to multifamily conversions, and a small apartment building for which he will be adding additional units. More recently, Rob has also expanded his investing to San Pedro, Belize.  Rob is a devoted husband, and enjoys football, baseball, and is a golf fanatic. When he's not doing deals, you can find him watching a Blue Jays game with his wife, or more often at the golf course entertaining partners, his team, and his community. Rob is surrounded by his great coaches and is a savvy investor with vast knowledge in many areas including private financing, raising capital, and working with joint venture partners. Rob's goal is to be a leader in his business, and through his experience be able to help and inspire others through mentorship. Rob believes that anything is possible with consistency, persistency, and hard work.
