RIP Al
I’m not an Al Davis fan however, I understand he had his moment in the sun, but it gets tiring hearing Mike talk about him as if it was the smartest guy in football ever. The game passed him by just like it did so many other people before him, like Landry, Noll, Shula, etc. The game changed a lot in the 80s and 90s and these guys just couldn’t keep up.
