“I had heard about EC from a friend and in my research came across Andrea’s podcast. While I was pregnant, I would listen to her on car rides and while I was putzing around the house. I was so excited to try EC and determined that we could do it. Then, I had my daughter! As a new mom with my first child, I was overwhelmed with all the new things I had to learn to take care of my daughter and the thought of also learning her potty cues intimidated me. At 2 months, I got a notification on my phone with a new Go Diaper Free podcast episode, the one where Andrea is explaining EC to third graders at a career day. I listened and it encouraged me to try. A few minutes later, we had our first catch! I was amazed by how simple it was! I just needed the encouragement and the helpful hints about cues and easy catches. I’m so jazzed about it now and I tell everyone I know about EC! Thanks Andrea!!”
