She is passionate about integrating the mind and body in clinical treatment, thus utilizing a variety of modalities such as EMDR, yoga therapy, walk-talk therapy, somatic experiencing, and nervous system education in her work with clients. She specializes in working with women who struggle with trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and imposter syndrome. She loves working with women of all ages, especially 20-somethings, female entrepreneurs, and mothers.
