Description

You will know this is true if the problems, thinking and decisions come to you. To avoid micromanagement and instead achieve leadership one must transfer the responsibility and coach the person. This leads to the clarity and tension that drives accountability and results.  This week we discuss what to do if you're concerned that you might be a micromanager. ----- * Do you love The Growth Whisperers and want to see our smiling faces?
