Guerilla talks to Will Gaffney from Bat For a Chance
Listen now
Description
Bat for a Chance helps underprivileged children experience the joy of cricket. They collect and source clothing and equipment, both new and high-quality second hand, and then dispatch it to schools, clubs and academies not just in the UK, but all around the world. To help, you can donate your unused or second-hand cricket clothing and equipment via your school or local club.  It sounds simple and as an idea it is. But to make a difference to so many lives and in so many different places is something else. One of the remarkable things about Bat For A Chance is that its founder and driving force Will Gaffney is still at school.  Here Tony Bishop meets Will to learn more about the charity’s story and remarkable work.
