Motivational and realness
I have been listening to these podcasts every now and then but every time I do I’m so I tuned in to what’s being said and the outcome of each episode . I’m a young black women living in London and pursuing my dreams and goals . So I usually listen while I’m working from home or at work . Today’s a beautiful day In London the sun is shining through my glass doors and I’m working from home doing what I love . I decided to go back and listen to all of the podcast whilst working through this deadline and it was definitely the right decision if you want some substance conversion going on in the back ground whilst you work .

Adwoa, I am proud to be a cousin, and to know that your consistently give back to young people who suffer in silence. Your series on mental health came at a time when I was in the darkest days of depression. Where there are people talking about these issues, there is Hope. -Kwadwo, B.

The diversity in topics and people that Adwoa has on this podcast is incredible. I’ve learnt so much about so many amazing people and professions that I’d never have known before this. The conversation always feels so relatable and I’m so thankful for that. Keep it up you wonderful human x
