“The content is really good, but delivered as a lecture. No conversation, no interaction - just as if it was a university lecture. Indeed, it is given by an expert; not by the podcast host. Why does the host even exist?! Obviously to give a painful 2 minute introduction along with bad puns and false excitement, before pressing ‘play’ on the pre-recorded lecture.
Again I’ll say, the lecture content is good. But wrangled inexpertly into a very poorly implemented podcast..
If the science of happiness intrigues you, you will likely be able to endure.
If your own happiness is important to you, perhaps give this one a miss.”
