Thank you for all your positive Influence!
Thank you Robb and Nicki! I have been a listener since 2012 when I found paleo to help cure my arthritis. I was 28 and in grad school which is too young for a chronic illness. I found that the trigger was wheat and have been arthritis free since then. I have always been inspired by your work and my research has steered towards using diet as a therapeutic tool. I study polycystic kidney disease and have published two papers this past year on the impact that ketosis and oxalates have on disease progression. I wouldn’t have been able to do this without first healing myself so that I could still hold a pipette! Keep doing the great work you do and inspire more out there like myself. -Dr. Jacob T

Being healthy isn’t just what you eat - it’s everything you take in, listen to, watch, read. This podcast is so worthwhile for anyone wanting to be healthier and happier. There is so much bad advice out there, listen to Rob and Nikki for the good stuff. (Sorry if I spelled Nikki’s name wrong 🤨)
