My Morning Routine
Hey Robb & Nicki, Thank you so much for everything you do. I have enjoyed this podcast so much and fully appreciate the honesty and integrity with which you delve into sticky topics. I am always excited when a new episode of Healthy Rebellion posts as it is a great addition my morning workout routine. As I quite enjoy Robb’s occasional expletive, they often take me by surprise and cause me to chuckle which makes me the only one laughing through an early morning run. I’m sure that I don’t look crazy at all. Highly recommended. 5 stars.
