This research is extremely eye-opening AND troubling simply because it tells us that there is a very significant + real risk of wrecking your relationship with food. I’m not saying that improving the nutrient quality or diet diversity is a bad thing. But elimination diets (regardless of health concerns) can be an extremely slippery slope to disordered eating or even eating disorders. So let’s talk about how this happens and what the data tells us!
