“My 8 year old son has chronic/severe eczema & it has been a nightmare. All-consuming. Our lives revolve around how to care for him.. I even went back to school for nutrition because His food allergies and his skin, and because I truly believe food can be medicine. And my son clearly has triggers that make his skin flare worse, but I’ve had him on diets to help and it hasn’t. So for you to acknowledge that and say you’ve had clients restrict diet and still their skin hasn’t improved just somehow validated that I’m not doing the wrong diet. I feel like I’m not doing enough for him and what you said helped me understand that their might be another answer. Skin health is very near and dear to my heart and household and I really sincerely appreciate that you’ve started this podcast. Thank you so much ❤️”

I have had psoriasis/eczema for the last year or so and constant breakouts and I refuse to go to a dermatologist to be put on a prescription to put a bandaid on the problem.
