For many salon owners the answer is a BIG FAT NO! But this is only because we haven't set-up our business in a way that leads us to this result. When we first decide to open a salon, it's usually because we are a busy stylist behind the chair working for someone else. We think to ourselves, if I'm this busy and I owned the salon, I'd be making a FORTUNE! But as we quickly learn, this isn't always the case! Our personal revenue ends up carrying a lot of the business expenses as well as paying the income of some of the other employees.
