Dexter Barnes is not one for the spotlight. His laid-back demeanor while hiking long distances earned him the name “easy dexter”. But while his attitude might seem “easy”, he has hiked over 2000 miles in 2021, including the end to end trail, the southwest coast path and an unsupported FKT on the Coast to Coast trail. Not without its challenges, both physical and mental, 2021 was a stellar year for Dexter and he shares some of the highlights (and lowlights) with me on the show.
