Essential listening for those with depression, their families, and their therapists
As a person dealing with my own depression and a mental health counselor I was a bit cautious when I read the title and description of this podcast. It seems like a tricky approach to a very difficult topic. Halfway through I was impressed and will be posting the first episode to my client blog this week as recommended listening. John does an amazing job and Peter Sagal is a perfect first guest. Their honesty about their experiences, with family, work, and mental health professionals rings true and adds a great new voice in support of those of us who often feel alone in our depression. Thanks John!
