Measured and insightful
This sort of thing could have easily taken the wrong step forward - by being too sincere, too jokey, or too glib. However, APM approaches the subject with focus and humanity. It is entertaining enough for someone who has no experience, or interest even, with depression, as it provides an insight into the idea of work and functionality in the face of adversity. But I would imagine this sort of open and evolving conversation(s) will be enormously beneficial to anyone who has struggled with any form of depression. Very good.
