The final episode of our series on Mental Health is a summary of the many issues and multiple perspectives that we discussed in the previous episodes. We identify the main problems faced by children, teenagers and young adults. We also discuss ways to deal with the Mental Health crisis and raise happy, healthy children who will be able to lead meaningful lives and become balanced, productive adults.
