“In the sea of history podcasts, a new episode of The History of China is the one I look for first. I like that it follows the more difficult sequential way of telling history. This way you see how each era evolved from the previous one. I feel this promotes understanding of sometimes difficult and violent periods.
The style is clear and straightforward with occasional interesting asides. Sometimes contemporary events call for a special podcast or remembrance I find brave and most welcome. Thank you for reading.”
