Like listening to an audio version of a great book
This is my first podcast review. I feel compelled to write because The History of English is incredibly informative and well produced. I feel like I am listening to an audio version of a well written book on the subject. Nine chapters in and I know more than I ever had about the connection of major languages linguistically much less the common ancestors of the Germans, Romans and Indians. Fascinating and highly recommended podcast!
