JACKE WILSON IS THE BEST!!!
Jacke Wilson sets the bar impossibly high for other podcasters with his brilliant History of Literature Podcast. This is podcasting at its finest. Part history, part readings of great literary works, and always filled with wonderful storytelling and anecdotes about the subject matter of each show, the History of Literature Podcast is like having a brilliant yet down-to-earth friend who shares his extensive knowledge of literature and often has guests who are equally engaging and knowledgable and thoughtful. Since I’m a newcomer, I’m playing catch-up, mixing new episodes with older ones, and I’m loving every minute of it. Keep up the great work, Jacke! This is a truly extraordinary podcast — a labour of love in the finest sense of that term.

Great podcast. Love to hear about old favorites and discover authors and novels I should have known already. Suggestions: Joseph Conrad (specifically Nostromo), Bulgakov, Barthelme, Houellebecq, Amos Oz, Isaac Singer. Keep up the awesome work and thank you!
