An Enjoyable Way to Spend a Commute
I have been a regular listener of this podcast. I look forward to the 12-20 minute episodes. Duncan does a great job of giving all the facts but without losing your interest. If you ever wanted to know anything about the origins of the western world (and eventually the eastern/western clashes), this is a must for your ipod.

More reviews of The History of Rome
A very good historical podcast, thoroughly recommended for anyone with the slightest bit of interest in Roman history. My only complaint would be the length of the episodes - each short, fact-filled podcast leaves you wanting more!

I am really enjoying this podcast. I have recently gotten really interested in Roman history and I like the amount of detail used in this cast. There is plenty of detail to keep it interesting but not too much to bog you down. I suggest it for anyone interested in the topic!

I can't wait for the next one. Like a great drama series Mike Duncan gives you just enough to keep you interested but not too much so you become bored. A fascinating story told well. Highly recommended!!!Read full review »
