Sanctioned bullying
Had such high hopes for this podcast but since Shannon joined it’s turned into sanctioned bullying of Alyssa Milano with not so subtle digs about her character. It’s so disappointing and whilst it’s incredibly sad that Shannon has passed it’s even sadder that she chose to spend those final weeks of her life having the ‘final word’ and settling scores knowing that any response or recourse would be in bad taste - not a good move and she comes off as a mean girl despite her trying to shake off that image and label throughout her career it seems she can’t and couldn’t because it’s was who she was. To hear Brian, Drew and Holly enable her is sadder still. This is not an honest critique of the show with behind the scenes insights its turned into a vanity project with not so kind intentions. It feels like listening to a playground clique and if this is just an indicator the hostile work environment that Alyssa experienced then I think she had more than grounds to complain about it because as a listener of this pod and only a few episodes in that’s exactly how it feels.

More reviews of The House of Halliwell / A Charmed Rewatch Podcast
10/10 for any Charmed fan. Drew Fuller is a great host for this anecdotal podcast. Holly is full of wonderful memories and I can’t wait for the rest of the episodes.
