“This is an interesting case, but this podcast isn’t the way to follow it. It seems to be mostly snarky comments about how stupid they think Kohberger’s alibi is, and almost implying that defense counsel is stupid for offering it. Do they not know how criminal defense works? Do they think that lawyers suborn perjury by crafting stories for their client to follow? They seem to be a combination of ignorant and cynical. A more professional approach grounded in understanding of the system, and a more evenhanded coverage of the case as it progresses, would help quite a bit.”

“I really like the host and I like the speakers he brings on. He speaks very intelligently, and I really enjoy the podcast. But they’re just too short and the amount of ads is obscene. It’d be better to do one longer podcast then all these small podcasts.”
