Description
In this episode I share something extremely vital that came out of an improv class. A concerned student asked a very powerful question, “I feel like I am a confident person and very “real” with myself and my emotions, but why am I struggling in this exercise?” It is said that when you play you learn about people and part of the reason is because when you are at play you reveal who you are you can’t hide from who you are when you’re being in your playful and authentic self. And we often find out more about ourselves when we are playing. Enjoy this episode! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
