Needs some adult supervision +1
The recent episode of this show jackknifed into the end of Planet Money seemed a bit uninformed at first. As it went on “uninformed” grew to wildly ignorant. (*form a bit back) These guys are cute but shame NPR’s good name. I feel a lot of the terrible-ness is about the short format, but many podcasts keep things short and complete. The Indicator picks one or two views on a topic and blithely ignore the rest.

i do love what planet money does; you make economics interesting; well, i found it intersting before but now i can get others to listen as well. Why does the indicator have to be a separate podcast? its the same people.

Having listened to and enjoyed Planet Money for a while now, this bite-sized spin-off is an excellent addition to my office listening queue.

The episode on Saudi Arabia felt like governmental sponsored propaganda. It’s sad to see so little effort at understanding the basic issues that are involved in topics. I do not recommend.
