He studied mechanical engineering in college, then began his career in medical device manufacturing, working for publicly traded companies in operations, technology transfer, and research and development roles. Dan co-founded Slice Engineering in 2017 with the goal of pushing the 3D printing industry forward and enabling more additive manufacturing applications with FFF printing technology. Since then, Slice has been recognized with numerous awards, including the 2021 Startup of the Year award from 3D Printing Industry. Outside of work, Dan likes to read, run, and spend time with his wife and son.
