Tanner opens the show with tales of daring do at an interesting little competitive outing in Europe last week. Then, A major announcement about the 2009 Media/Marketing Summit which will occur after the Irwindale finale. Perhaps the most important gathering of Formula Drift competitors ever will bring some amazing motorsports media and marketing professionals together with Formula Drift Pros and would-be pro drivers and teams to map out the media and marketing strategies that will keep many of those teams on the track and in competition in these challenging times. The 09M/MS is an essential for any team intending to mount a serious competitive effort in 2010 and beyond in these extremely difficult times. The announcement made on today's show will make it much easier for those who need most to be there! Finally, in the second hour, we visit with three rookie campaigners in Formula Drift. Matt Waldin, Matt Powers and John Wagner step in to talk about taking that big leap into the deep end of the pool. What they expected vs. the reality of their first year on the pro tour.
